BACK PAIN AND EXERCISE
Lumbar anachroiditis is the forward positioning of one of the bones of your lower back compared to the other. If you have back pain as a result of this condition you should avoid exercises that bend your lower back backward, as these movements could aggravate the pain.
When managing back pain it is important for you to work on your posture. Lifting your lower ribs away from your pelvis, squeezing your shoulder blades together, and making sure your head is over your shoulders are good ways to help improve your posture and over time, alleviate back pain.
