OSTEOPOROSIS & EXERCISE
WHY GENTLE EXERCISE?
You can build and maintain bone mass with daily exercise! Studies have shown that exercise helps to stimulate production of bone tissue, strengthens the vertebrae in the spine, and improves posture. Osteoporosis can also bring about breathing difficulties. The more exercises you do to expand the rib cage and open up the chest, the better you will be able to breathe.
