These exercises will improve the coordination and dexterity of both children and adults while having fun. Parents and grandparents will enjoy exercising with OR without the young ones! Original music on this video adds a playfulness to these mostly seated exercises. Some of the songs on the video are: “Wake Up Song,” a “Folk Medley,” “Shaker Belly Dance,” and “Spider Walk.” Egg shakers are small, hand-held rhythm instruments used to help improve cognitive functioning and motivate the hands to move equally. This tape is also recommended for adults with cognitive impairments who might benefit from slower explanations and movements. (Released in 1996)
