These exercises will improve the coordination and dexterity of both children and adults while having fun. Parents and grandparents will enjoy exercising with OR without the young ones! Original music on this video adds playfulness to these mostly-seated exercises. Some of the songs on the video are: “Wake Up Song,” a “Folk Medley,” “Shaker Belly Dance,” and “Spider Walk.” This tape is also recommended for adults with cognitive impairments who might benefit from slower explanations and movements.
