The Tone and Stretch III workout incorporates resistance exercises using an exercise band (included). NOTE: Those with high blood pressure should consult with their doctor before doing any resistance exercises. This is a balanced workout with two full-length routines and is beneficial for a variety of conditions and problem areas, such as the neck, shoulder, elbow, knee and balance problems, hand arthritis, lower back pain, hip fracture and arthritis, peripheral neuropathy, mastectomy, and Parkinson’s disease.
