Tone And Stretch III incorporates resistance exercises using an exercise band, which is included. If you are moderately active and want to add another element to your workouts, then Tone And Stretch III is for you! Studies show that resistance training helps to tone muscle and increase strength. If your doctor has advised you not to do resistance exercises, the movements can be performed without the band.

NOTE: Those with high blood pressure should consult with their doctor before doing any resistance exercises. This is a balanced workout with two full length routines, and is beneficial for a variety of conditions and problem areas, such as: neck, shoulder, elbow, knee and balance problems, hand arthritis, lower back pain, hip fracture and arthritis, peripheral neuropathy, mastectomy, and Parkinson’s disease. (Released in 1994) Total running time: approximately 80 minutes.

All videos with an exercise band include a band with the video, but Towels are not included with videos.
