The Sit and Be Fit Arthritis Workout features safe and simple exercises for arthritis, presented by Mary Ann Wilson, RN, creator/host of the PBS television program Sit and Be Fit. Dr. John Klippel from the Arthritis Foundation shares tips for exercising with arthritis.  These workouts are slow moving, gentle, and include arthritis exercises that are ideal for anyone managing arthritis pain. All workouts strictly adhere to The Arthritis Foundation’s exercise guidelines. Some exercises use a one-inch and ten-inch ball.  Total running time: approximately 65 minutes.
