” First, I have to say thank you. Before I found your show I was using a power wheelchair in my home and electric carts in the store on the rare occasions I would leave the house. I was overweight and had no energy. I was left paralyzed in my left leg after 12 back surgeries. Now, I use a walker in my home and everywhere I go. I shop with my sister 2-3 times per week and, not only do I walk in the store, I have my sis park a fair distance from the door and I am always looking for ways to get more exercise in.

I have been so blessed by your program that I have spoken to the TOPS group I joined after I got a little stronger. I have turned a few people onto your program. With the help of Sit and Be Fit I have lost 50 lbs.  Thanks, again.

Thank you for all you do. Most would just write off those of us who cannot to strenuous exercise. I am proof that Sit and Be Fit, slow and gentle though it may be, can change your life. It certainly has changed mine and I share my story whenever I can.

Thank you and God bless.”

“I discovered your Sit and Be Fit exercise program on TV. I am so amazed. I am 42 years old. I have bad back problems. I have had lots of sore muscles in my upper and lower back, neck, arms and legs. Your workout is a Godsend. I am 50 pounds overweight. With your workout, I have new hope. Your Sit and Be Fit workout exercises all the pains away. I feel so much better afterwards. Thank you so much.”

“I hurt my back so badly, I couldn’t even go to the chiropractor. One program of Sit and Be Fit did more than $800 of rollfing. I couldn’t believe it.”

“Your exercise program has certainly helped my health, for which I am thankful. I have chronic back pain and your exercises have reduced the pain and given me much more range of mobility. In a year’s time, my X-rays showed remarkable improvement in my spine. Thanks for being there.”

“I can’t thank you enough for the Sit and Be Fit program. I have never been one to work out, but being a home caregiver I came across a lady who’s daughter asked me if I could do Sit and Be Fit with her mother. So of course I did and a week later, I was hooked! I broke my back when I was 16 and I have had to work a back breaking job all my life. My back, my shoulders, my hips, my fingers, my knees and legs all hurt badly every day. Then, to make things worse, arthritis set in. So thank you, Sit and Be Fit, I can now raise my arms over my head and every other art of my works with less pain. I tell everybody I know about Sit and Be Fit and will continue to do so.”

“I have been stretching to your program for several months now. It has been very beneficial to me after a back and hip injury. I find I am able to do other types of exercise after your stretches without any stress on my joints.”

Nancy R. Anaconda, MT

“Your Sit and Be Fit program is very beneficial to me. Your chair exercises are very helpful to me because I have a bad back problem and can’t do the standing exercises. I appreciate the program and hope it continues for a long time.”

“Thank you for the “Sit and Be Fit” television program. That is the shortest half hour of the day. The music fits in perfectly with your routines. I’m recovering from second back surgery and am 76 years of age. You are a good model to practice with and I hope to limber up and be active again as I used to be – It’s a slow procedure. You are so encouraging. These slow, easy movements are just what I need.”

“I have discovered your “Sit and Be Fit” program and it is an answer to a prayer. I have a bad, bad back. The gentle, stretching exercises are helping me. Mary Ann Wilson makes me feel happy. Her voice is gentle and clear as she guides us through the routines. I never enjoyed “exercise” until I worked with Mary Ann. She makes a ‘chore’ fun.”

“A year and a half ago I had a herniated disc in my back. I underwent surgery which helped. Unfortunately, 6 weeks later I started with new symptoms of endless pain in my lower back which continue up my back into my neck, arm and shoulder. Through numerous doctors they are not sure what the problem is. That is where you come in. I started with your show slowly. I found the important thing was that your program helped me by encouraging me to start having the will power to go on when the days seem so dark. The one thing that I was very pleased to see is that your exercise program focuses on many areas that my neurosurgeon was concerned about. Areas that through many months of physical therapy didn’t even cover. I plan to watch your show like a bible now. Thank you for the encouragement that I have needed over this past year and a half.”
