The Sit and Be Fit Brain Fitness Workout has been designed to address a variety of needs common to many neurological deficits often affecting the central nervous system with various degrees of impairment, making coordination, cognition and balance challenging. This fun and challenging workout incorporates a variety of exercises to stimulate the brain and strengthen the pathways between the different processing areas within it.
All videos with an exercise band include a band with the video, but Large Balls, Small Balls and Towels are not included with videos.
