I bought this as a Christmas present for myself after my knee replacement. I used it during the recovery and now use it on days that I don’t walk. It’s a great way to limber up the aches and pains from arthritis in my hips, knees, back and hands. It provides helpful, gentle and science based exercises that are easy to fit into your daily routine. I’ve even used the DVD with a group of friends. Several of the ladies are older and on a cane or walker. It helps show them that exercise is possible at any age with any physical limitations.

I always feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day after I’ve spent 30 minutes with Mary Ann encouraging me to stretch and use muscles that do not get used by walking alone. I’m 55 and want to feel my age so I can play with my grandchildren for many years to come.

I’d suggest getting the set of small balls and the stretch bands (if they aren’t included) as it’s really hard to find alternatives for these at home. You’d be surprised how your hands and fingers feel after working along with Mary Ann to stretch and strengthen your fingers.

Season 13 is definitely worth the money!
