I agree with the theory you stated of smoking causing lower back pain. Everyone knows that poor blood circulation is one of the terrible effects of smoking. However, I don’t think many people know that this leads to back pain. Some people are already genetically exposed to back pain because of epigenetics, so I don’t think I can understand the pain they would go through if they combined that with smoking! I would recommend smokers to quit, plain and simple.
