Sit and Be Fit TV host, Mary Ann Wilson, RN, shares a healthy aging tip about the benefits of chocolate.

Chocolate, as it turns out, is actually good for you! Just when you thought there was no good news about how sweets impact your waistline. But, before you go crazy in the candy isle, take a few minutes to read the facts and tips above. As with almost everything, chocolate consumption is healthy only if done in moderation.
